MANAGING DIRECTOR
With nearly 30 years working in the construction industry Simon brings a wealth of experience and skill to his role as Managing Director and co-owner of Harding Construction. Respected for his industry skill, professionalism and level-headed leadership, Simon’s responsibilities include Quantity Surveying, compliance coordination, business planning and growth, and overall team management.
In his spare time Simon enjoys spending time with his young family and tinkering with 2 decrepit Ford Escorts.

Heather Harding
General Manager
Heather is passionate about delivering high quality service to our customers and seeing the company grow and develop. She enjoys applying the creative and communication skills developed through her previous teaching career to her role as General Manager. Heather’s responsibilities include company organisation, strategy and business development, marketing, customer and client liaison and HR.
When not at work, Heather’s focus is on her family, with occasional indulgences in music and craft.
Lee Eastmead
Project Coordinator and foreman
Lee has worked in the commercial and industrial sectors of the construction industry for over 20yrs as a carpenter, project manager, project supervisor and foreman. He is well respected as an excellent tradesman and team leader.
This proud Englishman enjoys family life, frequently refereeing his sons' football games. Lee is a staunch Norwich City Football Club supporter.
